"Alberta Prosperity Project (APP) has officially submitted a Citizens Initiative Act (CIA) application for a constitutional petition question following recent amendments to Bill 54. Jeff Rath, speaking to the Western Standard, emphasized that their petition differs significantly from previous submissions."
